The project focuses on community work in six cities of Romania with the purpose of identifying the advocacy priorities of the LGBTI community in Romania. The work conducted in the selected cities will facilitate the development of an informal network that will be consolidated throughout the implementation of the project. Subsequently, the project aims to build a national advocacy campaign based on one essential element captured in a research regarding the LGBTI community consultation sessions results, to which a national study concerning the Romanian people\u2019s attitude towards the main LGBTI topics is added. The advocacy campaigns will place on the public agenda three main advocacy topics of the community that were identified throughout the consultation process with the national network and the prior research study. The project also proposes a monitoring instrument with regard to the LGBTI public policies through the development of a Index concerning the legislation and public policies directly connected to the needs of the LGBTI community.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Project Objectives:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Increasing the advocacy capacity<\/em> of a National Network comprised of 6 LGBTI initiative groups through consultation techniques and organization on local and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">national levels for a period of 17 months.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Identifying 3 advocacy themes <\/em>proper for attracting the public\u2019s support through sociological instruments for a period of 16 months.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Influencing policy makers<\/em> at the parliamentary, Government and local levels through the mobilization of the LGBTI community and its allies in protecting human rights and promoting equal treatment, by implementing three advocacy and communication campaigns over 11 months.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4597e9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"4597e9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3856bba elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"3856bba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-c1bd5be elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c1bd5be\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-db75de9\" data-id=\"db75de9\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87f66c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"87f66c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is implemented by the <strong>MozaiQ LGBT Association<\/strong> in partnership with <strong>I Am!
